By accessing or using the services provided by GravityCancel ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
GravityCancel provides cybersecurity services including, but not limited to, threat intelligence, managed detection and response, penetration testing, security audits, and incident response consulting. Specific service details, scope, and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, security assessment findings, vulnerability reports, and business information.
GravityCancel's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
All tools, methodologies, and proprietary technology used by GravityCancel remain our intellectual property. Clients receive deliverables and reports as specified in their service agreements.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. GravityCancel reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client engages in activities that violate applicable laws or these terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
